Development Objectives

This application will replace the current manual method of posting job
notices on a bulletin board or assigning tasks to the LGU to inform every barangay about
job openings. It aims to automate the job application process, making it more convenient,
easy, and efficient for the residents of Sta. Cruz, employers, administrators, and LGU.
This system will enhance the Public Employment Service in Sta. Cruz, Zambales, by
expediting the documentation process for hiring public job applicants. It will assist the
local government unit (LGU) in maintaining smooth documentation for all public hiring
activities across different Barangay.

How this System Works?

This system will enable the PESO to share job information online, accessible to the residents of Sta. Cruz, Zambales upon logging
into the system. Hence, when conducting applicant interviews, there's no requirement for them to carry hard copies of documents anymore as they've already submitted them digitally. This streamlines the process for them, leading to time savings.
